Using Sagar Club Means Agreeing

By opening any page, creating an account or playing a round, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site and the game. The policy on what we store and why explains how your data is handled and is part of these terms.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Only adults may play. The game asks for your date of birth before you can enter, and the date you give must be your own. Entering a false date to get past the check breaks these terms, and we will delete any account we find belongs to someone under 18.

Your Account

Accounts are kept on the Sagar Club server, so one username and password work on any device. Each person may hold one account. A guest account counts as your account; save it under a username rather than opening a second one.

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens on your account. There is no password reset feature, so store your password somewhere safe. Please do not choose a username that is rude, hateful, includes your phone number or pretends to be someone else, because usernames can appear on the leaderboard.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile or at app.sagarclub.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent.

Virtual Coins Have No Value

Every new account starts with 10,000 virtual coins, and the game adds a daily bonus and a refill when you run low. Coins exist only inside the game. Nobody can buy them, sell them, trade them, pass them to another player or swap them for money, goods or vouchers.

Coins, ranks and History belong to the game, not to you as property, and they end when an account is deleted or suspended. Any person, page or group offering to buy, sell or "top up" coins is not connected with Sagar Club.

No Real-Money Play

Sagar Club never takes deposits and never pays out. Since 1 May 2026, Indian law has banned online money games, colour prediction for money included, under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. You agree not to use the game, its results, its leaderboard or its name to arrange bets, side deals or payments with anyone.

Fair Use of the Game

You may use Sagar Club for your own enjoyment and learning. You agree that you will not:

• open more than one account, or use extra accounts to collect bonuses or push up a rank;
• use bots, scripts, auto-clickers or any automation to place picks or claim coins;
• exploit a bug or glitch, and you will report it to us instead;
• try to break, overload, probe or attack the website, the game or the service that hosts them;
• copy our name, pages or design to make a site or app that pretends to be Sagar Club;
• use the game or the site to promote paid tips, "hacks", prediction groups or money games;
• use Sagar Club for anything that breaks the law in India.

You are welcome to share links to our pages and to quote a line or two with a link back.

Suspending Accounts

If an account breaks these terms, we may reset its coins or rank, suspend it, or delete it, with or without warning. Where we can, we will tell you why by email if you added an address. If you think we made a mistake, write to us and we will look at it again.

Results, Fairness and No Guarantees

Every result in the official game is provably fair. Before each round the server publishes a commit hash of a secret seed, and after the round the seed is revealed so anyone can check the result was fixed in advance. No one can predict the next digit, and we make no promise about any outcome.

The game is offered as it is. It may sometimes show an error, miss a round or need a reload. Because coins have no value, there is no compensation for lost coins. The payouts and average returns for each pick are set out in full on the game guide.

Guides Are Information, Not Advice

Our guides explain how the game, accounts and common scams work. They are general information only, and they are not legal, financial or medical advice. For a specific problem, such as money lost to a fraud, contact the right authority or a qualified person.

We check our pages with care, but apps and laws can change. If something looks out of date, please let us know through the contact and reporting page.

Links to Other Websites

Some pages point to outside sites, such as help lines or the Ministry of Electronics and IT, which looks after online gaming rules. Those sites are run by others. What they publish, and how they treat your data, is their own matter.

Availability and Changes to the Game

We try to keep the website and the game online and working, but we cannot promise they will always be available. We may change the game, its rooms, its rules, its coin amounts or its pages, or take parts of it offline, at any time. When a rule changes, the guides are updated to match.

Limits of Our Responsibility

As far as Indian law permits, we carry no liability for harm linked to playing here, to acting on a guide, or to dealings with outside apps, groups or people that borrow the Sagar Club name. Nothing on Sagar Club can cost you money, so please never send money to anyone who claims to be us.

Changes to These Terms

These terms and conditions can be revised when the website or the game changes. Check the "Updated" date under the heading to see which version you are reading. Carrying on with Sagar Club once a revision is live counts as accepting it.

Law and Location

Sagar Club is made for players in India, and Indian law is the frame for reading these rules. Should a court set one clause aside, every other clause keeps working.
